Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Eschborn You carry out the vocational training of electronics technicians for information and system engineering, information electronics technicians, industrial businessmen according to the training regulations. You will be part of our professional and passionate training department. You plan operations, conduct courses and courses and support the further development and innovation of training. You promote young people in their development and help to secure our professionals from tomorrow. You design and accompany regional recruiting processes (marketing measures for young people, including school cooperation, trade fairs). You accompany and support the digitalization and IT topics of the future. You ensure the success of training by preparing the theoretical and practical examination and also work in the examination committees. You coordinate the acquisition of trainees in cooperation with the department. In addition, you take over the function as a contact person for external cooperation partners, work with regional associations and networks and are responsible for the technical aspects of the respective vocational training.

Training: successfully completed training in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. Based on this, a master's degree or like technicians as well as many years of professional experience. Personality and working methods: communication strength, team orientation, moderation capability, didactics and team development. Flexibility, initiative and commitment as well as skill in building networks. Experiences and know-how: sound technical understanding, ideally IT skills, or Knowledge of safety technology.
