Ensuring smooth operation and high service quality (SLA compliance). Incident Management: Takeover of communication and escalation management in IT training. Responsibility for the application of the IT service management tool and the creation of meaningful performance reports. Successfully completed studies of (economic) computer science or comparable IT training with relevant professional experience. Multiannual experience in IT support as well as strong leadership skills, especially in critical situations. Funded knowledge in IT process management including establishment and continuous optimization of processes. Secure handling of ITIL standards (certification of advantage) as well as ticket systems such as Jira or ServiceNow and common IT infrastructures (Windows, networks, cloud).
