You develop pro code solutions in the Microsoft Power Platform (focus: Power Apps, Power Automate) and implement and configure Custom Connectors for customized integrations They support the prioritization and selection of use cases for automation/digitalization, develop prototypes/PoCs/MVPs with Citizen developers and conduct training, workshops or pair programming You work with Citizen Developers and departments to facilitate the use of the Microsoft Power Platform They develop and implement metrics for success measurement and continuous improvement They establish a community of practice for Citizen Development in EMEA and share success stories and best practices

You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or Marketing with a focus on IT, or other similar disciplines You have practical experience in dealing with Microsoft Power Platform or comparable LowCode/NoCode environments and have deeper programming knowledge in C# and the .NET framework as well as cloud-first development using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) You have already been able to gain project management experience, as well as experience in the introduction of Citizen Development They enjoy working together in an interdisciplinary team and with other disciplines and have excellent communicative and interpersonal skills You have a talent to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience and are motivated to design and implement creative solutions for business problems Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
