You lead the team of house and WEG administration with entrepreneurial view. You develop stable processes and make sure that efficiency and quality are in line with the daily business. You tax rental, house and WEG administration with professional depth and clear priorities. You analyze budgets and processes, identify potentials and consistently implement them. You conduct discussions with members, owners and partners professionally and confidently. You are responsible for economic performance and sustainable development. You work directly with the management. Short ways, real effect.

Completed studies or training in the real estate industry (e.g. real estate businessman, real estate economics, etc.) Multiannual experience in real estate or house management, ideally with leadership responsibility Knowledge of rental and WEG law Analytical thinking, joy of decision and economic sense Responsible, structured and solution-oriented operation Strong communication capability and enforcement capability Safe in handling housing software (e.g. WODIS) – no need, but of advantage
