As part of our global equity team within the People Advisory Services in Stuttgart, Hamburg, Mannheim, Nuremberg, Munich, Freiburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt/Main or Berlin, you are advising our client:innen (listed companies, Mittelstand and start-ups) with questions about the remuneration and dispatch of employees:innen. In our team you will take on a variety of tasks, including: Support in advising our clients: in the field of billing prices (e.g. analysis of business processes in cross-border performance relationships and calculation and evaluation of financial indicators by means of literature and database research) Creation of billing price documentation (Master File and Local Files) in compliance with German and international requirements (e.g. GaufzV, OECD BEPS Action 13) Support for ongoing audits: Write a letter to the financial management to defend our client's billing prices Analysis of cross-border financial transactions (e.g. loans, cash pool, guarantees) and determination of foreign default prices (e.g. through database analyses)

At least two successfully completed semesters in folk or business administration with the focus on industrial economics, microeconomics, financial sciences/tax policy, econometrics or financial economics, or comparable disciplines High interest in solving complex issues and in developing new subject areas independently Good communication skills in German (B2) and English (B2)
