Head of Technical Service Industrial Packaging - Europe (m/f/d)

You take the professional and disciplinary responsibility for your team and create a motivating, future-oriented work environment. You develop the division strategy from the corporate strategy and are responsible for its consistent implementation - from the big picture to the operational detail. As a central interface, you connect technical service, recipe management, sales, product management, purchasing, central development and production as well as external partners such as machine manufacturers and customer development centers. You take on the strategic responsibility of product modifications and developments and are also responsible for the strategic orientation of regulatory issues. You carry out cross-departmental projects, align your team with modern methods of project management and application engineering, and participate in relevant association bodies. Through systematic market and competition screening, you create sound basis for decision-making for future technology and product orientation.

You have successfully completed a degree in the field of (chemistry)ingenieurwesen or a comparable course of study or bring an equivalent qualification or technical orientation such as e.g. Mechanical engineering. You have many years of professional experience in a comparable function as well as a distinct leadership experience. You bring appropriate market knowledge as well as knowledge of the packaging plant technologies used there, extrusion and recipes. Experience in the field of industrial film as well as knowledge from industrial sectors such as chemistry, construction or food in the B2B are desirable. In project management, you feel comfortable and tax complex and cross-sector projects. German and English are guaranteed for negotiation; further language skills are welcome.
