Planning and evaluation of the participation process, including Systematic observation and evaluation of the development of performance, professional skills and knowledge, the communicative skills of workshop workers Assistance to participation in working life, including Instruction and support in the execution of work, in the setting up of the workplace or the working environment, in the incorporation into new jobs, as well as support in the work process and control of work results Production and services, including Control of quality and quantity and timing of production and service contracts Participation in order procurement and order processing, production of performance certificates for horticultural orders (e.g. production of cost proposals and offers, order-related material procurement)

Completed vocational training as a gardener (garden and landscape construction) and completion as a qualified specialist for work and professional promotion, replacement of a recognised special education qualification or completion as a work educator/in, occupational therapist/in, work pedagogue/in Professional experience in gardening and landscape building If there is no evidence for the gFAB, the acquisition of the degree is mandatory. A pw° funded training is offered A valid driving permit of class 3 / B is desirable Good computer skills Knowledge of the design of jobs and workflows, as well as careful working Ability to control group-dynamic processes, to conduct a working group and to reflect your own way of working Ability to react appropriately and calmly in crisis or conflict situations Knowledge of types of disability and their impact Knowledge of ergonomics and occupational safety Organisational and planning capability Team, Conflict and Criticism Integration, cooperation and compromise
