Leadership of 18 employees in the team Billing at the Rheinfelden site Ensuring the rolling billing to customers for the divisions of electricity, gas, water and wastewater including net charge billing Support in the implementation and adaptation of processes and the implementation of quality assurance measures Cooperation on projects and the development and implementation of concepts Supporting various departments and situational assistance in specialist topics as well as managing complex customer requests in daily business Further development of employees and processes within the framework of digitalization initiatives
