Building, operation and continuous development of a modern technical asset management Participation in the planning of maintenance, renewal and development of our facilities, including status and risk analysis Strategic concept development as well as the establishment of core operations in the asset management to ensure efficiency, quality and sustainability Development and implementation of a long­term investment and maintenance plan, including the creation of solutions Management of asset services and coordination of our services Cooperation in bodies, departments and bodies Central cutting point between management and technical specifications Self­employed project management in the implementation of identified asset management issues

Complete master's degree in environmental or process engineering, mechanical engineering, infrastructure planning, economic sciences or engineering or engineering Civil engineering Knowledge, analytical and strategic approach High proprietary and ready-to-use Expertise in the project management Job experience in asset management High level of learning and interest in further development Class B driving licence
