Case worker / Case worker for review of dental services (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the formal examination of counters in the field of dental services in compliance with deadlines. You shall take the technical examination on the basis of the applicable legal bases and for the remedy of contradictions. You examine individual case decisions, write individual letters of response for our members and forward contradictions to the relevant areas. You support the telephone customer consultation of the Nord region The improvement of workflows is also one of your tasks.

You ideally have a completed bachelor's degree in the field of healthcare, BWL, right or a comparable qualification in a subject area relevant to the advertised job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You have expertise in statutory and aid law or have the ability and willingness to acquire them. You bring very good knowledge of the current MS Office programs. You have good oral and written communication skills. A high service orientation as well as a careful operation are of course for you.
