In this position, you take over the overall responsibility for facility management and engineering 34 employees, including two group lines. You combine strategic development with operational excellence and thus make a significant contribution to the stability, sustainability and competitiveness of our company.

You will take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the Facility Management and Engineering department as well as ensure target agreements and target controls in accordance with the guidance guide responsible for the strategic and medium- and long-term development of facility management and engineering in close coordination with relevant stakeholders and department management plan, answer the department budget and ensure the achievement of targets within the agreed cost, time and quality framework ensure compliance with legal, technical and internal requirements and establish an effective compliance and operator responsibility system responsibly support the implementation of the restructuring of Facility Management and Engineering as part of the change process and contribute to the successful anchoring of new structures and working methods
