To foster our field of business aviation we are hiring a Senior Business Developer (f/m/x) with focus on our Aerospace sector. Your role In this function you are responsible for the strategic development of business in the asector with products in the areas of head-up-displays, lighting, sensor technology, displays, and HMI based on holographic / microoptical solutions. Your further tasks are: Ongoing analysis of the aerospace market environment and identification of business potential
Continuous screening of the market to acquire new customers and creation of business cases based on market and customer data
Develop new business strategies and business models together with (potential) customers and evaluation of cooperation opportunities
Analysis trends and identify and evaluate competing products
Draft/coordinate violations in collaboration with the legal/patent departments
Develop, support and consult key customers in the aviation industry and product roadmaps plus strategic sales plans
Prepare and execute customer visits as well as support of exhibitions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Several years of proven professional experience in business development and/or key account management in the aerospace sector
An educational background in the field of economics, engineering or natural sciences
Strong Experience with tier 1 and sub-tier aerospace customers
Extensive experience in contract and price negotiations as well as project management
Confident appearance combined with an analytical and results-oriented independent way of working
A professional approach to customers and a high level of customer orientation
Structured, goal-oriented and interdisciplinary way of working; persuasiveness, intercultural sensitivity, and integrity combined with the ability to work in a team and a high level of resilience
