Employee Sales Inside Sales & Key Account Support – Private Label DACH (m/f/d)

Operational support of Key Account Management: You support the operational support of trading partners – in close cooperation with Key Account Management. These include the provision preparation and the processing of data. You analyze customer data, provide overviews and reports and provide the business team with the information needed for sound decisions. You will participate in the creation of sales and forecast planning (preliminary plan). You support key account management and business team leader in implementing customer-related strategies and actions. You coordinate internal coordination on customer-specific topics and are the connecting interface between sales, internal services, logistics, planning and external partners. You are responsible for internal price and condition care. Advertising management: You coordinate and process incoming complaint cases – from customers, consumers (communicated via trade) and official complaints. You support order processing. You control and process customer orders in the area of trade marks from order intake to delivery and always keeps in mind delivery dates and availability. You provide information about articles and customers in our internal systems as well as in customer portals and are responsible for the correct transmission of logistic data to our trading partners. You coordinate product change including runoff control, range calculations and inventory overviews. You're taking instructions and billing tasks: You're reviewing contingency payments, rectifying them and working closely with accounting in the clarification of quantity and price deviations. You organize the shipping of patterns, product documents and advertising materials and take care of the structured placement of relevant documents and agreements.

A completed commercial training – ideally with first professional experience in the sales service or in order processing, preferably in the commercial or FMCG environment. You work structured, carefully and organized. Even with parallel tasks, you always keep an overview and set clear priorities. You communicate clearly and legally – in writing as oral – and you are a reliable interface for both internal and external contact persons. You think solution-oriented, pack pragmatically and respond flexibly to changing requirements in everyday operating life. You can control MS Office safely – especially Excel – and feel comfortable in handling ERP or CRM systems. You also stand open to AI applications. You can structure, interpret and understand data to support decisions. You are a team player with high service orientation, a good sense of priorities and the willingness to take responsibility in the team at short notice. You speak fluent German; English skills are of advantage.
