Your tasks as deputy kitchen management (m/w/d):

• They are responsible for the management, planning and organisation of the entire kitchen area, in compliance with all hygiene regulations and the HACCP guidelines
• The creation and implementation of a varied menu in consultation with the furnishing management and the residents is your task
• They lead the kitchen and service team in Stellvertretung

Your profile as deputy kitchen line (m/w/d):

• You have a completed vocational training as a chef, etc.
• Professional experience in the processes of a large kitchen for community service is advantageous
• You have knowledge of food procurement & storage
• You call a customer-oriented, team-oriented, self-confident and solution-oriented way of working your own
