Your new design space In this responsible key position, you take over the holistic management of the technical department and actively shape the future of our company. General responsibility for the technical department You guide your team professionally, humanly and organizationally and develop it in a targeted manner. Building and Project Management You are responsible for comprehensive new building, renovation and modernization projects – from planning to successful completion. Coordination of external partners You control and coordinate all the specialist planners, service providers and businesses involved and ensure a smooth project run. Development of structures and processes You design and optimize technical processes as well as the organization of your department. Interface management As a central contact person, you will clarify technical questions in close coordination with the management and the commercial sector. Project controlling and budget responsibility You keep costs, dates and quality in mind, manage projects economically and ensure transparent reporting.
