You have a training in sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology and want to use your craftsmanship in technical object care? Then we have the right challenge for you! For our customers in Leipzig we are looking for a technical master SHK (m/w/d).

You take over the technical support of a fixed object and provide a safe and trouble-free building operation with your expertise.

♪ Your future task:

• Maintenance and monitoring of the technical facilities with a focus on heating and sanitary technology
• carry out regular inspections and functional testing of technical installations
• Execution of small repairs and preventive maintenance
• Recognize, analyze and eliminate simple technical disturbances
• Coordination and support of external maintenance and craftsmen
• documentation of maintenance work and notification of major repair measures
• Support for general tasks in technical building management
• Ensuring order, safety and functionality in the supervised object

Your profile for the technical master SHK (m/w/d):

• Completed training as plant mechanic SHK (m/w/d), heating installer (m/w/d), gas and water installer (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification
• Professional experience in building technology, housemaster service or facility management is desirable
• Craft skills and good technical understanding
• Self-employed, careful and solution-oriented working
• Responsibility and a friendly and service-oriented appearance
• Teamability and reliability
