Takeover of the team's technical and disciplined leadership Business Applications within the Group IT Organisation Responsibility for further training of employees, promotion of individual development potential Expansion and professionalisation of the area, identification of growth opportunities Monitoring of implementation and operation of HR and DMS systems (TimeCard, Softgarden, Helix, docuware, Habel, Proxess) Strengthening interdisciplinary cooperation in the societies within the group, creating synergy effects to realize innovative solutions Analysis and optimization of existing processes, increasing efficiency and quality in product development

Studies in IT technology such as computer science, business informatics or a comparable educational path Experience in leadership, building and developing teams, ideally within group structures Knowledge and professional experience in the professional management and organisational support of HR, ALM and document management systems Strategic thinking, outcome-oriented action and strong analytical skills High communication capability and a binding operation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
