Design the future of air rescue – as a Senior Legal Counsel (w/m/d) at the ADAC air rescue! You want to introduce your legal expertise in a meaningful environment? Then you are right with us! In this responsible role, you are the central contact person for legal issues, advising the management as well as the departments in legal issues and efficiently taxing external firms. As a Sparring partner, you support the departments and ensure a consistent, legally compliant coordination within the organization. Varied operational legal tasks await you, which you work independently or in coordination with legal specialists from the departments. Sounds exciting? Legal advice – You are responsible for the legal advice of the management and act as a central contact person for legal issues, in particular in contract law, building law, data protection law and company law. Contract Examination – You first, check and negotiate contracts of all kinds and are responsible for compliance with the relevant requirements for contracts. Legal support of projects – You accompany our projects with your legal expertise from project order and help the project teams identify and solve legal challenges in a timely manner. Control of external law firms - You control and coordinate external law firms and consultants in the relevant legal areas and ensure efficient and economical processing. Legal development – You test and evaluate the development of law and case law in the relevant areas and thereby guide recommendations for action for management and departments. Interface and vote - You act as an interface between the ADAC Air Rescue, the ADAC Air Rescue subsidiaries and ADAC e.V., ADAC Foundation and ADAC SE in legal issues.

Theory sits – You are a full lawyer (w/m/d) with successfully completed second legal audit (at least with the note “complete”). Professional experience – You have several years of relevant professional and consulting experience in an economic law firm or the legal department of a company or a non-profit organization. Know-How - Your strength lies in the strategic analysis and legal assessment of complex facts. Ideally, you have experience in managing and coordinating external law firms and understand how to efficiently use their expertise and steer them in a targeted manner. Own responsibility – Your independent, structured and precise operation is of course yours. Your high level of readiness and your ability to enforce in contract negotiations achieve the optimal results for ADAC air rescue. Communication - You are characterized by pronounced communication skills and are able to express yourself confidently and targeted at all hierarchical levels. You master the German language in C1 level and bring very good English skills. What completes your profile - you can understand complex legal issues and bring together various interdisciplinary stakeholders.
