Team Leader Knowledge and Requirements Management (m/f/d)

You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team. You guide and motivate your employees through regular feedback and targeted support. You recognize development potentials, identify training needs and tune appropriate training measures. You guide team goals from the area goals and ensure implementation and target control. You are responsible for knowledge management in customer service, such as training, knowledge preparation, distribution and quality assurance. Together with your team, you support the process design, IT support and the implementation of legal requirements. You coordinate the collection, evaluation and implementation of requirements for the entire customer service. You actively shape cooperation with regional craft in the fields of electricity and gas. You will ensure good coordination and organization of all tasks and processes in your area of responsibility. You are responsible for the budget and cost planning of your organizational unit. You work as an interface for professional exchange as well as for team- and cross-organisational votes. You participate in cultural development and change management and actively shape a modern, competitive working environment.

You have successfully completed your studies (Diplom or Master), ideally in the field of energy or electrical engineering. Customer orientation is of course for you. You think of customer vision and focus on the satisfaction of our customers. Ideally, you have extensive experience in the customer service of larger organizational units. You communicate clearly, confidently and convincingly and work fairly as well as solution-oriented with internal and external partners. You have experience in managing complex projects and think strategically and entrepreneurially. Networking is also beyond your own corporate boundaries. You take responsibility, actively promote themes and always keeps the view of the essential. The use of modern working methods and standard PC applications is obvious to you.
