Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Participation in the central job architecture project: technical support of job evaluation and grading, development of job families and levels as well as support of managers and HR in the assignment and evaluation of jobs Designing remuneration structures: evaluating internal salary data and external market and benchmark data, as well as deriving proposals for market-oriented and consistent remuneration Professional support of the Compensation-&-Benefits portfolio, in particular in the areas of remuneration, allowances, variable remuneration and benefits Participation in the design and development of Compensation-&-Benefits instruments and processes, as well as deriving further approaches from the newly developed job architecture Implementation and forms of remuneration-relevant framework conditions, in particular tariff and operational regulations and legal requirements such as pay transparency, in cooperation with employee representatives Optimize and digitize Compensation-&-Benefits processes and create decision templates and action recommendations for management and executives

Complete university studies, ideally with a focus on staff, economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual relevant professional experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits, Remuneration or in comparable HR functions, ideally in a tariff-bound environment or in public service Funded practical knowledge in job evaluation, grading, job architecture and the design of remuneration models Experience in the design and implementation of HR and compensation projects, ideally with interfaces to digitalization and process optimization Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills as well as experience in analysis, preparation and reporting of remuneration and personnel data Very good consulting, communication and stakeholder management expertise in dealing with executives, HR and employee representatives as well as the ability to bring together different interests in a solution-oriented manner Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods as well as the joy of advancing challenging topics
