You advise pharmacies on application, software and device technology via hotline, email or chat You carry out technical fault analyses and solve problems in the pharmacy process You support the product facility and give usage tips You document support processes in the ticket system

You have a completed training as a pharmaceutical technical:r Assistant:in (PTA) or pharmaceutical commercial:r Employee:r (PKA)(m/w/d) You have technical understanding in the area of pharmacies solutions You appear friendly and service-oriented You work structured and bring team spirit with you You are safe to use MS Office and special customer software You have at least one year professional experience
