Corporate Brand, Communications & Public Affairs (CBC) is responsible as a business-supporting function of the ZEISS Group for the strategic orientation of global branding as well as internal and external corporate communication. In close cooperation with the business units and countries, CBC provides effective communication and a global, consistent brand experience.

The team supports the support of the digital external communication channels (social media and website).

User-friendly and SEO-optimized pages of the corporate website as well as their quality assurance.

Planning, creating and publishing content for social media channels in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Support the design and implementation of digital campaigns.

Analyse trends and benchmarks and develop communication concepts.

Support the monitoring and reporting of external channels and share derived recommendations with stakeholders.

You support our team in the care and development of our digital communication channels – especially social media and website. You create user-friendly, SEO-optimized content, develop creative campaigns together with internal stakeholders and implement them. In addition, you analyze trends, take over the monitoring and derive concrete recommendations for action.

A successfully completed university degree in the areas of communication, marketing, media design, economic education, information management & corporate communication, psychology and/or you have an adequate degree course.

Already first experiences in the online environment and an affinity for social media and digital communication, as well as the corresponding preparation of content.

Secure knowledge and experience in dealing with text and image processing software (MS Office Programs, Adobe Photoshop) and ideally experience in working with editorial systems (e.g. AEM, JIRA).

Very good knowledge of English in word and writing.

Very good communication skills to work a quick understanding of complex facts and interest in a dynamic and international team.
