leadership, coaching and further development of the team as well as leadership of short, efficient team meetings Control and control of all daily processes in the goods receipt and exit - including operational cooperation Close coordination with MRP and layer management to ensure smooth order flow Implementation of all process, safety and quality standards and relevant certifications (ISO, IFS, HACCP) Responsibility for efficient, safe and quality-compliant execution throughout the area

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Valid industrial truck and safe driving practice with modern industrial trucks Ready to use for working hours starting at 23:00 or 02:00 Very good German knowledge (C2) and desirable additional language skills, e.g. Polish, to support daily cooperation Self-sustainable and hands-on working methods - combined with team capacity and enforcement
