As a Facility Coordinator (gn), you are responsible for the management and motivation of the team, including the personnel deployment planning and the training and further training of employees, in compliance with all relevant legal standards and guidelines of the company. In this function, you will ensure the technical availability, security and GDP compliance of the supervised facilities at the distribution site, including their infrastructure, with respect to cost points and legal requirements, in order to enable optimal, interference-free distribution. You assume the technical operator responsibility for the technical equipment used. You also support the supervisors in the planning and control of budgets to maintain operational business (maintenance investments, maintenance budget etc.). What does that mean? You perform all tasks in accordance with the valid GDP regulations (such as AMWHV, WHO, PIC/S, EU Eudralex, US CFR 21 etc.) and the valid registration documents Compliance with regulatory requirements, in particular GDP-compliant documentation Introduction of expert knowledge in inspections and quality audits Ensuring the maintenance of the qualified plant condition Continuous maintenance and repair of the construction infrastructure and the terrain, as well as examination of all scopes for technical installations In addition, you are responsible for the following areas: Management of the maintenance team with disciplinary management of the staff and professional management of external staff Plans of annual maintenance investments and the maintenance budget with the supervisors, as well as plans of financial resources for the delegation area, budget adjustments, ensuring the implementation of the approved plans and monitoring of their compliance, and ensuring appropriate corrective measures for target/actual deviations Ensure the availability of facilities in the delegation area Development of mechanics and PLT investment and maintenance concepts, taking into account technical, qualitative and economic aspects as well as the operational environment, in coordination with the relevant management team Ensure the statutory and internal compliance with Directives and the relevance and completeness of plant documentation Conducting systematic vulnerabilities and damage analyses Leading projects to changes, extensions or new buildings Implementation of recruitment / commissioning in cooperation with the supervisor Ensuring proper maintenance and repair of production facilities and relevant infrastructure in the sense of technical operator responsibility Training of employees (operational distribution, maintenance) for plant changes Implementation of GDP-appropriate plant qualification and creation of standard technical work instructions taking into account internal guidelines in cooperation with authorities engineering and EMR experts Standby service for critical plants (temperature-controlled warehouses) and, if necessary, independent initiation of emergency measures Organisation and coordination of internal and external support in resource engineering and deployment planning

Technical university degree with at least 10 years of professional experience in the management of an automated industrial environment with high dependence on IS/IT systems GDP experience – regulated processes and inspections by international authorities Management skills and leadership skills Funded knowledge of GDP and HSE – requirements and experience in project management Ready for transversal cooperation across functional boundaries / departments Active driving of changes / optimizations in the delegation area Result and solution orientation, readiness to take responsibility Team orientation / team player with excellent communication skills Examination, independent and systematic operation Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
