(Senior) Technical Product Manager (m/w/d)

As (Senior) Technical Product Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the further development of our central internal platform, the digital backbone of the Arsipa Group. You shape product strategy and roadmap, prioritise requirements and work closely with business, engineering and our subsidiaries. In a technically demanding environment, you are moving from existing systems, migrations and the construction of our next generation of products.

Product Strategy, Priority & Platform Control Responsibility for the further development of our central internal platform along the corporate goals

Development and sharpening of a clear product vision for the next product generation

Discharge and control of a loadable product roadmap across multiple applications and services

Controlling the further development of our inventory system (v1) and the strategic structure of our next product generation (v2)

Definition of viable migration strategies from v1 to v2

Recording, structuring and prioritizing requirements in the overall context of the platform

Assessment of requirements with regard to Business Impact, technical feasibility and strategic relevance

Control and prioritization of features across multiple applications, services and dependencies

Delivery, complexity management & implementation Product Ownership for a complex, distributed system ecosystem

Close cooperation with engineering in scope definition, refinement and delivery

Translation of technical requirements and target conflicts into clear priorities and implementable product decisions

Considering stability, scalability, performance and integration in product control

Cross-project coordination of internal and external partners, e.g. mobile apps or data warehouse topics

Ensuring clean integration of new solutions into the entire platform

Cooperation in a cross-functional team without classic silos

Close cooperation with: Caner (CEO) and other relevant stakeholders in the management of strategic product issues

Engineering and Technical Interfaces in Priority, Refinement and Implementation

our subsidiaries for the acceptance of operational requirements and identification of group-wide levers

external partners in special projects and complementary product modules

That's what you bring: Detectable experience as a (senior) product manager in a technically demanding environment, ideally with responsibility for complex software, platform or ERP-related products

Ability to structure complex systems, prioritize and make resilient product decisions in the overall context

Strong understanding of the cooperation between business and technology and the ability to translate requirements into clear priorities and implementable solutions

Experience in controlling product development across multiple applications, services or technical dependencies

Hands-on mentality, high self-responsibility and a strong Ownership minority

Very good knowledge of German and English as well as willingness to attend occasional business trips (about 20%)

This helps you to succeed faster: Experience in SaaS, platform or ERP environments as well as in technically challenging product landscapes, e.g. with cloud-based platforms, APIs, integrations and distributed systems

Understanding software architecture, microservices or container-based system landscapes

Experience in dealing with legacy systems and migrations, especially in the field of tension between existing systems and new product generation

Experience in cooperation with cross-functional teams and external partners in technically shaped projects

Understanding operational processes in a multi-entity, buy-and-build or strongly growing business environment
