Product Strategy, Priority & Platform Control Responsibility for the further development of our central internal platform along the corporate goals
Development and sharpening of a clear product vision for the next product generation
Discharge and control of a loadable product roadmap across multiple applications and services
Controlling the further development of our inventory system (v1) and the strategic structure of our next product generation (v2)
Definition of viable migration strategies from v1 to v2
Recording, structuring and prioritizing requirements in the overall context of the platform
Assessment of requirements with regard to Business Impact, technical feasibility and strategic relevance
