• Preparation of blanks for vulcanization

• operation of the heating presses taking into account all necessary steps

• Control of finished heating bellows for faults, if necessary sorting out faulty bellows

• Deburring and grinding of the vulcanized heating bellows

• Packing the finished bellows on pallet according to instructions

• Implementation of self-control on the manufactured products, if necessary Locking of machinery and products

• Information exchange with supervisors

• Implementation of cleaning work

• With the help of setup work on the presses

• early detection of disturbances and automatic initiation of countermeasures, if necessary Inclusion of craftsmen

• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

• completed vocational training in the technical or craft sector desirable

• Professional experience in production, ideally with heating presses or similar machines

• Experience in the manufacture and processing of rubber products

• Experience in the operation of machines

• ready for shift and weekend readiness

• good knowledge of German in word and writing
