As Junior Account Manager (m/w/d) for Berlin/ Rostock and the surrounding area, you are responsible for the distribution of digital solutions and add-ons to existing customers and to new customers (acquisition); initially as a support of a (senior) account manager, later in a permanently assigned sales area. You ensure a high presence, effective support and binding to Vodafone in the respective area. you analyze the sales area and qualify customer contacts; analyzes and acquires new customer potentials and exploits the existing customer potential; reduces the churn rate. You carry out customer needs analysis taking into account the competitive conditions (e.g. price analyses, complementary requirements). You enter into appointments, sales visits, offerings, tracking, contract conclusion, evaluation of success or Success, customer support after completion and customer recovery - especially at the beginning with the support of mentor, sales manager and internal coaches.

What distinguishes you: Complete university studies or commercial training with professional experience as a minimum requirement. First experience possible in the start-up or distribution of Telco or IT products, but also suitable as an entry option for university graduates. Analytical and strategic thinking.
