For our customers, a debt collection company, we are looking for you as a telephonic customer service provider (m/w/d) both inbound and outbound. A takeover after a short time is considered from the outset. You will receive a detailed and qualified incorporation time. In addition, you have the opportunity to develop and increase here.

Working hours are in a rotating 2-week shift system. Service hours are from Monday to Friday from 08:[for phone number see the original ad]:00.

• Responsible for the clarification of open cases
• Written fixing of certain details from the discussions with the debtors
• Finding a way of solving the debtors
• Administering the manuscripts to the intended system
• Optional independent introduction of follow-up steps
