For our site in Salzgitter, we are looking for a machining mechanic / CNC to rotate and mill (m|w|x)

Main tasks Production of components Support in the maintenance of tools and devices in compliance with the appropriate time and quality requirements Ensuring optimal use of machining machines Cooperation in error analysis and implementation of corrective measures Implementation of preventive maintenance and inspections Correct input of BDE and SAP entries Information transfer to secondary layers and CL (layer transfer) Implementation of instructions Working with performance indicators (KPI) Working with the creation and maintenance of standard worksheets Compliance with test and maintenance plans and corrective measures Ensure the required quality requirements Cooperation in CVP and BVW projects

Knowledge and training Completed at least 3-year professional training for machining mechanic, preferably cutting and forming technique or comparable qualification Good knowledge of Heidenhain controls (ITNC 530, ITNC 426 and N.E.F. Plus 500) Knowledge and experience in manufacturing/maintenance of tools used at MSZ Basic theoretical knowledge of mechanics, forming technology and material science Safe handling of the software used in the company (MS Office, Outlook, etc.) Magna and place-specific trainings Compliance with occupational safety regulations and order and cleanliness at work
