We, the aboratis, are advising and communicating in the production of personnel. We are looking for a machine operator (m/w/d) for our customer company.

Framework conditions:

• Place of work: Frankenberg
• Working time: 3-shift system (Monday to Friday / night shift start Sunday)

Technical requirements:

• Complete training for machine and plant operators, toolmakers or comparable professional experience
• experience in turning, grinding or mechanical metal machining or alternatively electroplating experience
• Experience in the operation of CNC and computer-controlled systems, ideally from individual production
• Worked handling of measuring means, in particular bracket measuring screws
• knowledge of the maintenance and cleaning of machines and fault analysis

Soft skills:

• is motivated, likes to learn new things and adapts flexibly to new requirements
• works independently and accurately (precisely to a few μm)
• enjoys complex tasks and not just wants to do routine work
• is ready to work independently after incorporation
• is ready to work in the 3-layer system (Mo–Fr / night shift start Sunday)
• is interested in technology and the handling of automated systems

Area of responsibility:

• Control of our automatic line for smooth operation including troubleshooting
• Turning and grinding of cylinders with our special machines including quality control of high precision surfaces
• sampling, re-dosing and cleaning of the electroplating systems and cleaning of the surface treatment plants
