Metal worker/façade fitter (m/f/d)

S&F INNOTECH GmbH is a metal construction and facade specialist company founded in 2007 for the planning, production, assembly, maintenance and refurbishment of demanding metal constructions. The 17-member company implements facades, windows, doors and light roofs as well as individual special solutions for complex damages and construction projects. ● No special prior knowledge or additional special qualifications are required for this job.

● You are willing to be used mainly in Berlin and, depending on the project, in part also throughout Germany. ● You work reliably in small teams and carefully implement the work preparation and the technical instructions of the relevant technicians. ● You check façade, window and door elements, including the sealing joints, perform adjustment work, correct minor defects, and document any damage detected. ● You take over the maintenance, inspection and professional repair of facades, windows, doors, glass roofs and other metal structures after work preparation and technical instruction by the technicians. ● You assemble and process system and special constructions such as post-sealing and element façades, light roofs, sun protection systems, fittings, closing technology and motorized drive systems for diverse customer projects.

● Technical training: You will receive further training on the company's key areas facades, windows and doors, including Schüco's systems. ● Performance-related bonuses: You can get rewards that are based on your individual performance, team performance and successful completion of the projects. ● Regular Compensation Day: You work three weeks from Monday to Friday and have released Friday as a compensation day every fourth week after four working days. ● Free workwear: The company workwear required for your activity is provided free of charge. .
