Apprenticeship Welder (m/f/d)

You prepare welding tests according to DIN EN ISO 9606 and perform them. (m/w/d) theoretically and practically, and test their knowledge. If necessary, you carry out welding processes or visual inspections in production. You supervise and check welding work according to WPS in procedures 111, 121, 131, 135, 136, 141. You create and verify welding instructions (WPS) and support the optimization of workflows. You explain, demonstrate and teach the basics of welding and metal processing. You assign employees (m/w/d) to their tasks, control quality and perform qualified welding.

You have a completed training in a metalworking profession focusing on welding technology and several years of professional experience in welding activities. Ideally, you are trained as a teaching welder (m/w/d) or a welding machine master (m/w/d), masters MIG/MAG, WIG and E-Hand and have an additional training for welding (m/w/d) (DVS‐IIW 1170). You have the qualification VT 2 according to DIN EN ISO 9712 and have filed the examination for the training. You have technical understanding, craftsmanship and experience in fully mechanical or automated welding. You perform confidently and professionally, possess high social, communication and team competence as well as conflict resolution competence. You work independently, independently and customer-oriented, with pronounced quality and safety awareness. You are ready for shiftwork, you know the regulations of occupational safety and accident prevention.
