Buyer for packaging materials (m/f/d)

Ensure the timely purchase and disposition of packaging materials for the Gubor Group You follow the orders and monitor the dates and quantities Through your work, you actively contribute to ensuring delivery You maintain master data, process complaints, control the flow of information in supply and quality problems and check input invoices You evaluate existing and acquire new suppliers and support supplier audits You contribute to cost-saving and optimization projects You help manage supplier management You are working on the development of an International Purchasing Department

You have a completed commercial training or comparable qualification You already have several years of experience in purchasing packaging materials or in a comparable position, preferably in a food industry company You are safe in handling the programs of the MS Office package, especially Excel, as well as goods management systems You have good English skills in word and writing You are characterized by an independent, structured and flexible working method Their mode of operation is characterized by high reliability and time accuracy Your profile is rounded off by your excellent communication skills, enforcing ability and a pronounced team capacity You are resilient, stress-resistant and possess communication strength and a high degree of social competence You have analytical skills and negotiation skills
