Disponent (m/f/d)

You dispose and control national and international truck transports – from partial to complete loads. You buy and sell cargo hold, select suitable freight carriers and negotiate terms sovereignly. You create and check freight, shipping and customs documents and ensure a smooth process. You monitor the entire transport chain – including time tracking, shipment status and quality. Reliable customer orders and find the best balance between costs, quality and delivery time. You are in close contact with customers, drivers, transport companies and internal departments. You're working on complaints, explaining deviations and making them quick. You keep a close look at capacities and vehicle utilisation and work actively to optimize our processes.

You have a completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience as a transport or truck dispatcher. You work safely with MS Office (especially Excel) and transport management systems. You have good English skills, other languages are beneficial. You are a pay-affin, cost-conscious and always keeps in mind capacities and prices. You are organized, strong in communication, and you are confident – even in stressful situations. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. You are resilient, flexible, team-ready.
