Independent conception, implementation and optimization of SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads etc.) for our independent partners Responsibility for the entire SEA process from A to Z – from strategy to technical implementation to reporting Partner acquisition and binding through targeted SEA measures: You develop campaigns that support our brokers in new customer acquisition Continuous monitoring & performance control, derivation of optimization potentials and transparent communication of results Close cooperation with Digital Marketing, Data & CRM and regional partners in the network Observing market and competition developments and deriving innovative SEA approaches

Multiannual experience in the field of SEA / Performance Marketing (Agency or Business Page) Very good knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising Facebook & Instagram Ads and common SEA tools such as keyword planner and Co. Embossed strategic and analytical thinking, paired with hands-on mentality Experience in the lead generation environment, ideally in the real estate, financial or service sector Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio from Google are beneficial Communication strength and joy to inspire partners of digital solutions High self-responsibility and structured project management
