We actively shape the future of HR: As a team “HR Strategy & PMO”, we are driving forward the strategic development of our HR area and controlling HR topics in large company-wide transformations, as well as in our own HR transformation. This means that we work on projects with real range and high visibility in the company. We currently support two central transformation initiatives and ensure that HR is strategic, structural and operationally optimal. We are a dedicated team of five colleagues within a large HR team. Despite different project fousses, we work closely together, regularly coordinate and support each other in overarching topics. With us you will not only gain insights, but real responsibility for strategic HR projects. You work close to the project, gain insights into relevant decision-making processes and learn how transformation is designed and implemented in a large company. Many speak of “Homeoffice” – we of “hybrid or mobile work”: You can work remotely up to 50% of your monthly working hours. Our teams, together with their leadership, decide how to balance out local time and mobile work.

Change management: You support the preparation and organization of trainings as part of our SuccessFactors implementation. You participate in the creation and further development of communication materials. You help build and support our early adopter network and help actively accompany change in the company. Project management: You prepare meetings in terms of content and content and ensure transparency in the project progress. Must-have: You are a registered student* in Business Administration (preferably with a focus on HR Management). You can now support us for 1 year (20 h/week). You are safe in handling MS Office. You have an affinity for IT and are passionate about topics such as HR-Tech & Change Management. You are open to employing you more with AI tools and using them for your work. Your language level: German C1 (skilled language use). Nice-to-have: You already have first experiences in the project work. You have gained first knowledge in the presentation creation and processing of information for different target groups.
