During your internship you have the unique opportunity to get insights into two teams: In the Hiring & Contracting team, you actively shape the entire Hiring process and ensure that applicants have an all-round attractive and valuable experience. In the Onboarding team, you contribute to shaping the global onboarding process for new employees into an impressive journey. These challenges include: Active work in two teams: Team Hiring & Contracting and Team Onboarding

Together with the Hiring & Contracting team, you develop modern formats that improve the experience and satisfaction of our competitors throughout the Hiring process

With the Onboarding team, you build up the current onboarding journey and create new formats and content at international level

You’re thinking about the further development of a new global staff system

You are part of team-internal rekos and workshops and actively participate in the content design

Within our department, you will gain further insights into topics such as employer attraction, talent networks and recruiting

Cultural initiatives as well as collaboration in exciting projects complete your task field

The activity can begin from 01.09.2026.

You are studying in the field of psychology, economics, social sciences or a comparable degree course with deepening staff

You complement our team with reliable German and English knowledge in word and writing as well as very good MS Office knowledge

You want to shape the Attract & Hire Future of Mercedes-Benz together with us in a dynamic and international environment - this brings you a quick understanding, a high interest in new questions and readiness to learn with

You are able to understand, visualize and explain complex concepts and processes

You are both communicativer team playerin as well as able to work out structured and creative topics - while you are passionate about our topics and see the change as a chance
