We are looking for a dedicated

(m/w/d) Sales Management - General Securities and Liabilities Division.

Project and Measures Management: Planning, control and control of securities and passive products incl. Date and budget monitoring. Coordination of affiliates & service providers: central contact person and contract and performance monitoring. Product and market development: analysis of the portfolio, identification of market opportunities and accompaniment of new product introductions. Sales and campaign planning: Conception, implementation and success control of sales and marketing campaigns. Support of the Investment Committee: preparation of meeting documents, logging and operational implementation of decisions. Reporting & Compliance: Creating regular reports, ensuring data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements (MiFID II, KAGB, etc.). Coaching & Training: Development and implementation of training on securities and passive products, as well as coaching the sales team to increase sales and consulting skills (support in customer discussions).

Completed training in banking with a further qualification for savings banks or bankers or a comparable qualification Professional experience in securities distribution or sales management Enthusiasm for the distribution of securities and the ability to motivate and take stock of the advisory Analytical Competence and the ability to understand complex facts High self-initiative, independent working and strong team orientation
