• General responsibility for strategic topics within the SAP S/4HANA Utilities Landscape • Definition of technical guidelines, standards and target architectures for several products and process domains • Development, evaluation and approval of complex solutions with implications for cross-departmental business processes and active support for implementation in technical and professionally particularly demanding issues • Responsibility for the sustainable development of SAP Utilities architecture in close coordination with Enterprise Architecture and Management • Control of cross-domain initiatives and professional management of virtual expert teams (technical/technical savings partners for complex challenges) • Development of implementation strategies for regulatory requirements and ensuring corporate integration • Responsibility for the analysis and prioritization of business-critical technical risks • Creating decision-making bases for management and management bodies and representing technical recommendations at management level • Identification and evaluation of new technologies, automation and AI potentials as well as deriving strategic fields of action

• Long-standing professional experience as a technical expert or lead architect in the SAP Utilities environment as well as complex system landscapes • Detectable experience in the technical control of complex transformation or digitization programs • Proven technical and technical expertise in the SAP S/4HANA Utilities as well as the ability to support teams as a Sparring partner even in complex detail issues Hands-on and jointly develop viable solutions. • Experience in defining target architectures, technical standards and governance structures • Impressive ability to prepare strategic decisions and advise stakeholders at management level • Very good understanding of energy-economic market processes and regulatory requirements • Experience in the professional leadership of cross-disciplinary teams and external partners without disciplinary responsibility • High levels of decision and enforcement in complex organisational structures • You have knowledge of German and very good English (min. B2 level) and you like to work with international teams. .
