Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for lead generation for our sales Development of creative marketing ideas and their implementation in online and print campaigns Control and development of our social media activities Planning and implementation of social media campaigns Creation and coordination of content for social media (Posts, Stories, Reels) together with agencies Planning and implementation of email marketing campaigns and newsletters Conception and optimization of landing pages for lead generation and conversion enhancement Control and coordination of external marketing and creative agencies Planning and control of marketing budgets Implementation of classic print displays and marketing materials Close cooperation with sales and sales services to target marketing measures for lead generation Construction and further development of our marketing structure as a central contact person for all marketing topics in the company

Multiannual experience in marketing (min. 3 years) Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in healthcare, service or financial environment Creativity in the development of campaigns and marketing ideas Structured operation and secure project and deadline management Experience in dealing with social media platforms Experience with email marketing and landingpage conception Security in dealing with marketing agencies and external service providers Basic understanding of lead generation, conversion and sales support Experience with simple design tools like Canva of advantage Ability to control multiple marketing projects in parallel and set priorities structured
