We are looking for an IT network administrator (m/w/d) in full or part-time (70 – 100 %) at the next time for our IT department. The place shall be occupied without delay.

What you bring:

• Completed training in computer science, e.g. specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system integration or comparable qualification
• Ideally, multi-year professional experience
• Experience in the management of networks (CISCO ISE / Catalyst Center) and telecommunications
• Basics in MDM
• Problem-solving, independent operation
• Embossed hand-on mentality and very good communication skills
• Ready to learn new things
• Teamability and high cooperation readiness

What you expect:

• CISCO Catalyst Switch management and CISCO WLC environment
• Network environment support
• Supporting the TK facilities environment (Avaya / Ascom)
• Problem solving processes in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Active and conceptual cooperation on projects related to IT service operation
• Implement and monitor IT security measures
• Documentation and adaptation of our systems to the latest requirements
• Monitoring of IT infrastructure and system availability using the established PRTG monitoring system
• Coordination of external service providers
