Creation and formatting of all relevant documents, including contracts, other transaction-related documents and presentations, template management and digital file management Correspondence and communication with clients and authorities, including electronic legal transactions, partly independently independent organisation of the Secretariat together with two assistant colleagues and general secretariat tasks Date and Return Management, Travel Planning and Cost Accounting Support for demanding national and international correspondence in German and English predominantly digital document management and maintenance of files versatile and varied support of several small, specialised teams within a senior team Preparatory accounting (audit position), support for open posts and dunning
