Contact person for our renters: You serve and advise the students and communicate with conflicts. Organisation of the collections and extracts: You process terminations, coordinate extracts and carry out the final collections of the housing units independently. Processing of technical concerns: You accept deficiencies, carry out minor repairs themselves or commission specialist companies and ensure order, cleanliness and a smooth run in the housing business. Security and control tasks: You carry out regular roundings to comply with safety and fire protection requirements and ensure compliance with domestic regulations and safety regulations. Administrative tasks: You dispense orders, commission handicraft services via our ERP system and prepare, inter alia, tenant logs on the PC before and after. Data management and support: You support the team in administrative tasks and maintain, for example, the housing data in our user software. Communication in English: You accept the written and oral correspondence with our international renters – mainly in English
