You will take end-to-end responsibility for engineering requirements in close collaboration with our business stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, and Service You will translate business requirements into clear, structured specifications (e.g., epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira or Confluence) You act as a bridge between the business and the development team and ensure that requirements are understandable, implementable, and consistent You will drive the harmonisation of our existing CRM landscape and support the transformation to a unified Dynamics 365 platform You ensure the quality and consistency of solutions across different systems, teams and external partners You proactively identify opportunities for optimization in processes, data models, and system usage
several years of experience (approx. 5+ years) in the CRM field with a focus on complex system landscapes and transformation projects Deep understanding of end-to-end CRM processes, especially in sales, marketing automation, and customer service Extensive experience in engineering requirements and business process modeling Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, as well as experience with agile methodologies (Scrum) Strong technical understanding of integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware) and CRM platforms search as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP Ideally, knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, PowerPages, and the basics of SQL Excellent German and English language skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Strong communication skills, a consulting mindset, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT
