For our growing product Compensation Partner / Salary Navigator we are looking for an inspiring leader with strategic vision and sales strength – as Head of Sales - Salary Navigator (m/w/d).

As Head of Salary Navigator, you take the overall responsibility for our high-growth SaaS product for salary analysis – professional, strategic and operational. Your workplace is our headquarters in Düsseldorf. You lead a motivated team at the Düsseldorf and Hamburg locations and bring together both locations effectively through your leadership. Your tasks at a glance: Leadership & Coaching of a growing team at two locations (Düsseldorf & Hamburg) Strategic development of our Salary Navigator product – from market positioning to roadmap Responsibility for sales success: control of KPIs, forecasts and achievements Product & Marktanalyse: Deduction of growth levers in close cooperation with product development and data teams Collaboration with Marketing & Sales to create targeted campaigns and new customer access Ensuring data quality in our salary analyses – together with internal data and product teams Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with associations, HR decision-makers and industry actors Budget responsibility and efficient resource management Readiness for regular team days, workshops and exchange formats at both locations

Multiannual leadership experience (scientific & disciplinary), ideally in the B2B SaaS, HR or Compensation environment Deep understanding of sales processes, ideally in HR-Tech, SaaS or Compensation & Benefits Entrepreneurial thinking and strategic sense of developing a digital business model Strong analytical skills and experience in dealing with KPIs and data-based decisions Impressive communication strength, leadership skills and a convincing appearance – also at C levels readiness to regularly travel between Düsseldorf and Hamburg flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
