Who you are

• Client: inside are the focus for you. You have great interest in how people set up their home or business. • You have professional experience in sales and ideally already know about sales promotion and sales management techniques. • You have great interest in taking responsibility for projects with a predefined framework in your area and developing yourself professionally and personally. • You have good communication skills and basic English skills.

• Together with your sales team, you contribute to high customer satisfaction and increasing sales. You can also use your knowledge about the different sales channels in the IKEA multichannel environment. • You work with interfaces from other fields and support your:n team leader:in active sales control, for example, in sales activities, product range changes and the implementation of your goals. • Together with the team, you will ensure that your sales area is always in the best shape: The range is attractively presented and the shelves are well filled. • All services available at the furnishing house are familiar to you and you use them for a completely successful shopping experience of our customers.
