You shape daily coexistence in Kita and accompany the children on their educational path in everyday situations and in exciting projects. As a valuable team member, you bring your ideas and develop the pedagogical work in Kita together with colleagues. You take over the representation of the institution management as well as some management tasks (e.g. service plan creation, fulfillment reporting obligations). Together with the team, you will ensure that our Kita remains a place where the children can feel all around and fully unfold. In everyday life and in exchange with parents, you create confidence through open communication An application in the crib area for the educational accompaniment of children aged 0 to 3 years is desired.

With us you get an indefinite place with real responsibility and a lot of design space. A grouping according to personal requirements up to the S 9 TVöD-SuE pay group with additional SuE supplement of € 130 per month for full employment, an annual special payment and benefit fee. The remuneration is 3.648,68€ – 5.272,60€ according to the pay group S 9 TVöD-SuE. All data correspond to the monthly gross amounts of full-time employment.
