For our team “System Engineering Gas/Water and district heating networks” we are looking for a dedicated, motivated and qualified full-time power (39 hours per week) as of 01.07.2027 Projektmanager (m/w/d) Projektmanagement Become part of our team and actively promote the success of our company and the future. Team coordination and leadership: You control the team's daily business, coordinate workflows and support the professional development of the employees. Secure network operation: You are currently responsible for the safe and proper operation of natural gas transfer stations, high-pressure gas systems and the associated high-pressure gas network in your area of responsibility. In addition, you control and operate the heat networks of SWO Netz GmbH independently. You also support SWO AG as part of services related to their heat networks. Work security and compliance with the rules: security instructions, training and compliance with technical regulations are reliable. Technical responsibility: As a specialist contact person, you evaluate work results, support technical questions and accompany complex operating and switching measures. Project and process management: Projects, special tasks as well as the continuous development of processes and organizational structures are actively promoted by you. Documentation and data management: Technical evaluations, statistics and proper documentation of relevant operating data are your responsibility. Disorder and crisis management: In the event of a malfunction, you will ensure a coordinated communication, take technical responsibility and support the secure management of the networks. Service provider control and quality assurance: The planning, monitoring and quality assurance of services and other company measures are ensured by you. Call readiness management: You take responsibility in the call readiness management and make an important contribution to the safe supply as well as to the high quality of the gas, water and heat networks.

Your skills: knowledge in the operation of gas, water and district heating systems as well as a safe handling of MS Office and digital systems. Experiences in project management and in technical regulations are advantageous. Your qualification: You have a completed training as a master or technician in the field of gas, water or heat technology or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring a training to the welding expert steel and are more skilled in DVGW G493-1 u. 2 and G495, G466 and G465. Your experience: Multiannual professional experience in network operation, in plant engineering or in comparable technical infrastructure areas is desirable. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the professional leadership or coordination of teams. In addition, you bring a driving licence of classes B and BE, the driving licence BE is advantageous.

Remuneration (13 salaries + premium) is based on the collective agreement of utilities (TV-V), which provides a salary framework of € 62.586,17- € 84,554,58 and is based on the qualifications and professional experience. We are talking about this in our common knowledge. .
