Home & Co is looking for a motivated Home & Co Resident Manager (m/w/d) for our location in Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart Urban

Organization: Daily operational management of our facility in Ludwigsburg Management of the team on site as well as the supplier

Customer Care (within the internal Ticketing System CRM Hubspot)

Monthly reporting to Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager on ongoing internal projects and their progress

Processing of special announcements and post-rental processes

Creation of services for the weekly cleaning of the property and its monitoring

Ensuring compliance with all agreements with residents, suppliers and partners

Budget responsibility: Management and control of the budget for the financial year Oct/Oct

Management and maintenance of a PPM planner (Property Management Planner) to monitor the monthly and annual maintenance and employment contracts

weekly debitor management

Approval of offers and invoices under the defined management budget of the House Operations Manager

Creation of maintenance tickets from the housers to monitor and plan repairs

Close cooperation with the Regional Operations Manager regarding Capex and Opex outputs

Conducting a transparent Spesen Management with the help of the AMEX system

Processing of invoices and their correct commercial examination in the accounting system

Host of passion/in-and-out management Performance and support of events and marketing activities with the team on site - Event management

Processing of special announcements and post-rental processes

Creation of services for the weekly cleaning of the property and its monitoring

Ensuring compliance with all agreements with residents, suppliers and partners

Conducting online and on-site viewing appointments for interested parties

Team player: Monitoring the holiday planning of your own employees

Conducting semi-annual and annual employee talks taking into account a transparent feedback culture

Experience: Ideally, you will bring a completed training in hotel and/or well-founded professional experience in real estate management. Management qualities: You are an inspiring leadership with experience in employee leadership and development. Organizational institution: Your structured and solution-oriented way of working distinguishes you. Communication talent: Very good knowledge of German and English as well as excellent communication skills and routing with MS Office are of course for you.
