What awaits you Structure & leadership of a cross-functional product management team, together with UX, Tech, Sales and Operations Total responsibility for product strategy & development across the entire lifecycle - including product board control Definition and Priority of Roadmaps based on customer needs, business objectives and technical feasibility Leadership & Coaching of Product Manager:inside - with focus on further development and methodological excellence Close cooperation with all key areas, including engineering, product line, customer success, compliance and other stakeholders

What you should bring Multiannual experience (min. 6-8 years) in digital product management, ideally in regulated industries (health, finance, insurance) Proven successes in building and scaling complex, market-leading digital products Strong leadership & coaching expertise for product teams, paired with strategic vision Safe in agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, OKRs etc.) as well as in dealing with KPIs, market analyses & user insights Communication strength in German and English - convincing in management rounds as in the Daily Business willingness to be on site regularly to actively shape cooperation with teams and stakeholders
